FEES

Aware of the financial constraints our clients may face, we strive to adapt, as far as possible, to their specific characteristics, whether they are self-employed, SMEs, associations, cooperatives, homeowners’ associations, individuals or professionals, providing the most accurate estimate of the costs of professional intervention. Our fees take into account the actual value provided, as well as the circumstances of the case and the client. Likewise, certain criteria such as the time required, the degree of difficulty of the case, the amount involved and the urgency help to adjust the amount of the fees to the reality of the case.

Therefore, with a view to establishing a relationship of trust that will last over time, the client is regularly and thoroughly informed about the steps taken and the time spent on each case, regardless of the type of fee agreed upon.

FEE PROPOSAL

In order to respond in the manner best suited to the client’s needs and the particularities of the case, different types of fees are proposed:

  • Fixed fees per assignment; usually applicable to legal consultations, claims for payment procedures, company incorporation, drafting/reviewing contracts, etc.
  • Fees based on time spent; an hourly rate is agreed upon and the time spent on the case is invoiced. We usually propose this billing method for advisory cases in the context of negotiations and certain procedures.
  • Fees based on the outcome – contingency fees – in cases where fees are initially low and a supplement is added based on the outcome.

Depending on the type of case, fees can be set as follow

On a flat-rate basis ;
On the basis of an hourly rate determined in particular according to the characteristics of the case (technical difficulty, business stakes for the client, urgency, etc.) and the type of client (individual or corporate, etc.);
On the basis of a fixed fee plus a success fee (this method is mainly used for employees in the event of litigation or negotiation of departure).

Companies can also set up a subscription for recurring needs, providing day-to-day support for managers and/or HR teams.

In all cases, a fee agreement is signed at the beginning of the mission.
