The reform of the Urban Leases Act: fundamental aspects of the rental housing

On June 6, 2013 came into force the new Law 4/2013, of June 4 , from easing measures and promotion of rental housing market, that significantly modifies the previous Law 29/1994, of November 24 Urban Leases (hereinafter, LAU), and the Law 1/2000 , of January 7, on Civil Procedure (hereinafter LEC ), with the aim or goal of boosting the rental market. For this reason, it is important to do a review of the law, studying both new as issues of possible interest from future contracting parties, especially with regard to rental housing.

The most important feature of a domain name is that's unique, and two people or organizations can not have both the same domain name. The computers on the Internet are identified by a long number which is called IP addresses. As it is difficult to remember, domains were created to replace the numbers with words, and so facilitate memorization.

THE REGULATION OF ABSENCE AND LACK OF TIMELY AT JOB

The contract creates a duty of care of the worker, and this duty is the correct compliance of his obligations relating to the employment contract. When this duty is breached, comes into play the disciplinary power of the employer, which can impose a sanction. The concept of disciplinary power is defined as the ability of the employer to correct the behaviour of the worker through a penalty prescribed by the applicable collective agreement, when the conduct is constitutive of labour violation.
