The BOE released the RD 980/2013 of 13th December, amending certain aspects of Law 5 /2012, of July 6, mediation in civil and commercial matters develop


. This RD develops Law 5/2012 mainly in four aspects:

- The education of the mediator.

- Advertising through a registry.

- Compulsory insurance of liability of intermediaries.

- Promoting a simplified procedure for mediation electronically.

The Government approved the draft Law of the mutual funds for accidents work

On 20th December 2013, the Council of Ministers approved the draft law regarding the mutual funds for accidents at work and occupational diseases. The objective of the draft is to help in the fight against unjustified absenteeism and facilitate the recovery of the provision for stoppage of work to freelancers.

El BOE de hoy a publicado el RD 980/2013 de 13 de diciembre, por el que se desarrollan determinados aspectos de la Ley 5/2012, de 6 de julio, de mediación en asuntos civiles y mercantiles. Este RD desarrolla la Ley 5/2012 fundamentalmente en cuatro aspectos:

El Gobierno aprobará hoy el anteproyecto de la Ley de mutuas de accidentes de trabajo

El Consejo de Ministros tiene previsto aprobar hoy el anteproyecto de ley de mutuas de accidente de trabajo y enfermedades profesionales. El texto del anteproyecto tiene entre sus objetivos ayudar en la lucha contra el absentismo laboral injustificado y facilitar el cobro de la prestación por cese de actividad a los autónomos que hayan cotizado para obtener la misma.

La acción social, descrita en el artículo 238 LSC, es aquélla que permite a la sociedad actuar contra los administradores para obtener la indemnización de los daños que haya sufrido el patrimonio social como consecuencia del incumplimiento de deberes que les incumbe en virtud de la Ley, de los Estatutos o del deber de administrar con la diligencia exigible al ordenado y leal administrador.
